First Danish Retail chain to choose StrongPoint Cub E-commerce Solution

One of Denmark’s major retailers has chosen StrongPoint Cub E-commerce Logistics Suite for managing their on-line business. The first installations have now been made in several stores, with the major roll-out planned for 2019.

“Our system has been developed to streamline e-commerce. It can be used to advantage in both stores and dark stores,” says Kristofer Browall, Key Account Manager at StrongPoint Cub.

E-Commerce Logistics Suite is a solution for operatively managing online orders. The retailer will benefit from implementing the Picking solution, which easily integrates with the existing systems and will be customized to fit the retailer’s needs. The Picking solution will be helping the retailer with managing e-commerce orders: planning, picking and delivery of the goods.

E-commerce is constantly on the increase and is a natural part of everyday life for many people. More and more chains are therefore choosing to strengthen their e-commerce offer to enable them to meet their customers’ expectations. This is very true also in Denmark, where ordering food on-line will increase in importance in the future. To meet that demand, it is necessary to use effective and time-saving solution to manage the new situation.

“Our solution can already be found at three biggest food retailers in Sweden, so we are of course happy for our first installation in Denmark,” Kristofer continues. He concludes: “We also see an interest from other countries to follow”.
