Mr. Tveraabak has been CEO of StrongPoint since August 2018. Prior to this he was the CEO of Miklagruppen (formerly Bavaria Nordic), one of the largest BMW and Porsche dealership groups in Scandinavia. He has a MsC degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and Bocconi University from 2000. Following his studies, Mr. Tveraabak worked at McKinsey & Company for nearly 12 years, obtaining an extensive international experience. During his last few years at McKinsey he had an industry focus on grocery retail, transport & logistics. After McKinsey, Mr. Tveraabak joined REMA 1000, the grocery retail company, where he held the position as Director of Business Development. He was also the company’s representative on the Board of Kolonial.no. Mr. Tveraabak is also the co-founder and rotating Chairman of the Board at Nabobil.no.
Mrs. Horn Gilen has been CFO of StrongPoint since February 2019. Hilde comes from the position as CFO of Ahlsell Norway, a subsidiary of the Ahlsell Group, where she has been since 2014. Prior to that, Hilde was seven years with Kongsberg Gruppen ASA in various positions, lastly as the CFO of Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies. Hilde also has ten years with PwC, the audit and assurance firm.
Mr. Haagensen manages Sales&Service in Norway, Sweden and Baltics. Mr. Haagensen, who took office in 2010, has an MBA from BI – Norwegian School of Management. Before joining PSI Group (currently StrongPoint)he was Managing Director in Tomra AS for 12 years, resulting in leading insight and knowledge of technology solutions for the Retail segment.
Mr. Kongrød has managed Vensafe since February 2009. Mr. Kongrød had 15 years of experience in retail before he took the role of CEO in Vensafe. He has held senior retail positions in Scandinavia such as sales manager at G-Sport, Norwegian largest retailer of sport. MD of THORN Norway, MD of THORN Sweden and MD of DER Denmark. THORN was a UK based retailer of electronics. Retail director of ICA Norway and later MD of ICA Norway. Mr. Kongrød is educated at the Norwegian Armed Forces.
Mr. Gabrielsson has been SVP of StrongPoint APAC since 2015, and before that he was Managing Director of CashGuard. He has broad experience and knowledge of international sales management, partner channel management and strategic marketing. His previous positions include Vice President Sales & Marketing with McAfee, Vice President Global Sales with Projectplace International, CEO with Synergica and Business Unit Manager with TJ Group. Mr. Gabrielsson has an MBA from Henley Business School, U.K
Mr. Thörn was one of the founders of Cub Business Systems AB and has since 2005 acted as the company’s CEO. Cub Business Systems was acquired by and became a part of StrongPoint in 2017. He has previously held management positions at companies such as Victor Micronic AB, Minec Produktion AB, Minec Systems AB and BrooksTodo SA Nordic.
Julius Stulpinas has 13 years of experience within StrongPoint, leading and transforming sales and service organizations, strategies and teams to maximize performance. With a proven customer focus, team and talent building, he uses forces of innovation to accelerate growth. Julius Stulpinas holds master’s degree of Electrical engineering from Kaunas University of Technology (2003) and MBA (2015) by a consortium of Baltic Management Institute, HEC Paris, NHH Norwegian School of Economics, Copenhagen Business School and Louvain School of Management.
Mr. Köpper has managed SQS Security Cube System since September 2013. Mr. Köpper has a broad international experience from multinational companies in different roles where the common denominator has been change management and turn around. His previous positions include Scandinavian manager for a division within the engineering company GKN, and positions in Electrolux as Country Manager South Africa, Business Segment Manager, Financial manager and Supply Chain Manager. Mr Köpper has a MSc from The Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm) and a BSc Business Administration and Economics from the University of Stockholm.
Mr. Persson manages the business area Label Solutions. Mr. Persson has 29 years of experience from graphic industry within production at Tetra Pak, international technical sales at Akzo Nobel Inks and Elanders, sales and marketing at Trioplast and CEO at Sydetikett AB. Mr. Persson holds a DIHM Diploma in marketing from IHM Business School.
