System Analyst (MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central)

The Team/Product:

You will be an integral member of a passionate and collaborative cross-functional team, dedicated to working with cutting-edge products like ERP and POS systems. The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, and Developers. ERP team works with products such as systems: MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS NAV/LS Central.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementation projects (perform analysis of business processes and design system solutions)
• Clarification of the client’s business needs in MS Dynamics NAV/BC warehouse and inventory management issues and solutions; sales and purchase operations
• Advising clients on how to optimize business processes, offering additional solutions
• Testing of design and development works
• Training of client employees on how to use the MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central system
• Share experience and knowledge with colleagues

Required Competencies:

• 3+ years’ experience working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central
• Experience working with MS Office
• Strong speaking/writing communication skills in Lithuanian and English, Russian would be an advantage
• Attention to details
• Ability to express complex information clearly and concisely
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial management, business administration, IT or related areas

Nice to have:

• Development and support of integrations with external systems (EDI, e-shops, assortment management systems, etc.)
