2nd line remote support specialist

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide support during the testing of new releases, coordinate the deployment of the latest software, and research unknown issues/bugs to help improve the overall product.

We are looking for someone with strong Windows OS and MSSQL administration skills, IT networking skills, analytical thinking, and fluent English. If you have Linux OS administration skills, that would be a plus!
