It is important to note that Vensafe is not a vending machine; the term is a little deceptive. After the goods has been paid for (and any required age verification has been finished), it is a theft prevention system that enables the safe storage and dispensing of expensive things.

Vensafe Select & Collect
Vensafe allows for a safe in-store location to pick up high-theft and age-restricted items that were bought using both manned and self-checkout checkouts. Retailers can use this to increase in-store productivity, improve employee safety, stop selling to children, and reduce in-store thefts.
