Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you would do:

  • Create & prepare job descriptions;
  • Source/Screen/Recommend candidates;
  • Advise management on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation;
  • Arrange interviews;
  • Make official job offers;
  • Handle onboarding;
  • Working together with HR Team in Employer Branding Project;
  • Report to Baltic HR Business Partner.

 

Required Competencies:

  • At least 1 year working experience and proven results in recruitment area either agency or inhouse;
  • Experience in IT recruitments and interest in IT world;
  • Strong in headhunting, active search and attraction of candidates;
  • Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others and build relationships;
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
