IS Consultant (Help Desk)

Your responsibilities will include
• Respond to customer inquiries over phone calls and e-mail to ensure customer needs are met
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical problems by providing consultations regarding software and hardware problems
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately;
• Monitor data transfer process and solve incidents remotely.
What we expect from you
• Good communication skills
• Higher education, preferably in IT or related areas
• Fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian language knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to advance in IT, responsible attitude towards work

• At least basic Windows and Linux administration skills
• Knowledge how to use remote access tools (RDP, VNC, Remote Admin)
• English and preferably Russian language knowledge
